Let it snow (part 2)…

On Saturday evening I went back over to Royal Victoria Park to see how it looked at night. It was fairly interesting, but the difficulty was actually that it was so light - it needed a bit of work to get the images looking like they were taken at night! I also had to remove a very substantial orange cast from the street lights. I'm quite pleased with them....

As you all knew I would, I have been out and about photographing the snow - we had about 3 inches, although other bits of Bristol apparently had 6. Not sure how that works... On Friday the buses were buggered (as they always are when we get a couple of millimetres of snow) so I was working from home - the joys of being able to connect to my work PC from my laptop. Due to a lack of pre-planning I had to go into Westbury-on-Trym to get some food, so took the opportunity to take the camera out. The first couple are from the back garden, then some from Royal Victoria Park. After that, I wandered round Canford Cemetery and Canford Park....
