And yet more pics from Westonbirt Arboretum.
The first ones are from some slide film that I took in the autumn, that I've only just got round to scanning. The last two are black and white pinhole shots from last weekend....
We went for a wander round Westonbirt Arboretum this afternoon, and it just seemed like a monochrome kind of day*. Most of these have been converted using one of the Lightroom presets, but I like the dark, heavy contrasty look.
I also took the panoramic pinhole camera and used a roll of Ilford B&W, so very much a B&W day.
* Apart from the one I've left in colour!...
Some more pinhole pics with the panoramic kit camera from Photographique.
The roll of film had the end of the Westonbirt pics from the autumn, and I finished it in the snow - in the back garden and Canford Cemetery....
I spent Saturday afternoon building myself a panoramic pinhole camera that I'd picked up from Photographique in Bristol.
It's actually quite impressive - well engineered with good quality joins and all the bits of tape you need included.
On Sunday, we met some friends at Westonbirt Arboretum (along with about half of the rest of the population of the south-west) and I gave it a go - along with shooting some Fuji Provia slide film in my dad's Contax G2. Unfortunately I've got to wait 10+ days for that roll to come back.
Anyway, here are the photos from the pinhole - and they're really quite good. I shall experiment a bit more!...
